Measurements: Weight is 65.5 grams. 13.6ct diamonds. Width is 1 1/8 inch (3cm). Length 6 1/2 inches (just under 17cm) not counting the cord.

Description : Beautiful jewelry that does double duty as either a bracelet or a choker necklace. Wide cuff bracelet or dog collar.

Diamonds, cut flat, as was the custom in India, are individually set in sturdy gold cells, called kundan work.
Composed of rectangular sections joined by gold bars connected by loops, that allow some flexibility to conform to the roundness of the wrist or neck. Sections with floral and foliate design. The central plaque is a large flower surrounded by foliage. The lateral sections are simpler variations of this theme.

Inside, the back of the bracelet - necklace is no less stunning. Every section and sub-section is enameled in red, light and dark blue enamel. This would not be seen by anyone except the owner before or after it was worn, which shows the lengths the craftsmen went to to create an item of great beauty. A work of art.

The mechanism for clasping the bracelet or choker are typical of most Indian jewelry. A pair of dark blue enamel on gold bars with long screws to open / close the section at either end. One of these can be removed so that the bracelet will lock; when it is included, it connects to a cord that allows the jewel to be worn as a choker. The wearer will tighten the cord to suit the size of their own neck. The cord could be replaced by a gold chain to create a less ethnic appearance.

Absolute luxury and great workmanship. Thickness of the gold indicates that the craftsman spared no expense. This is a jewel to dazzle, whether at a ball, party, or other important social engagement.

Marks and Metal: No marks. We tested gold electronically as 22k and in parts, 24k. Our appraiser used acid and stated 14k. We will guarantee at least 14k.

Condition: Good with negligible wear commensurate with age. Please see enlarged pictures and don't hesitate to ask questions which we will do our best to answer.
