We have been selling on the internet since 1997. Our customers are highly satisfied and we stand behind our merchandise 100%. So, buy with confidence.

It is always a good idea to ask questions before you make a purchase and we are here to answer them.

All items are unconditionally guaranteed to be genuine and fully as described.

 

PAYMENT : You can use any method of payment that shopify accepts if you are paying via Shopify. These include credit cards and Paypal.

If you wish to use another method of payment such as bank transfer or cheques, please contact us via email at antiques@brendaginsberg.com and mention what method you would like to use. Don't forget to tell us which item you wish to purchase.

Buyers who use Paypal: please remember that per Paypal rules, we are obliged to ship to the address we get on Paypal. If you wish to ship to a different address, please email us in advance.

 

FINANCING/INSTALMENTS/LAYAWAYS: we encourage you to buy the very best items that you will truly love forever. If your chosen jewel is a little above your ability to pay at once, we will facilitate payment in instalments. 30% initial downpayment, with a minimum of $200.00 Following that, up to 6 months to pay the balance in monthly or bi-monthly instalments (once or twice a month). We keep very good records. We will ship once the item is fully paid for.
