Antique Victorian Citrine Gold Bracelet in Original Box (4373)

Antique, Victorian Citrine and 18k gold bracelet in original, fitted box. Made circa 1880. Citrines 125carats.

Measures approx. 7 1/4 inches long plus another half inch for the loop of the clasp, which is 1 1/2 inches long. Weighs 47.5grams.

Classic Victorian design: a row of citrines - each cut and faceted and revealing a deep brandy color, set in gold with an applied border in rope-twisted gold. The clasp is a perfectly matching stone, identically set, but with a loop that joins the two ends. The quality of the workmanship is top drawer, the stones of the best and rare in their rich coloring. The bracelet comes in its original, fitted box. Place made in the velvet and silk-lined interior for each and every stone and angle of the mount. Red leather outside and good, working clasp.

No hallmarks. The gold tested for 18k.

Very good condition. No damage/restoration of any sort was found.
