Antique Victorian Chain Necklace 15k Gold Large twisted Links w Stars (5680)

Antique Victorian long, wide chain necklace. 15k yellow gold. Made in England circa 1880-1890.

Measurements: approximately 48cm long, not including the drop, which is approximately 4.5cm long. Width is approx.2.3cm. Weighs 35.8 grams. Please note that ruler in pictures is in inches.

Gold collar chain necklace. A loop catches the two ends and then drops a further 4.5cm with another loop that can suspend a pendant of your choice. Fabulously luxurious chain with grooved yellow gold loops. An oval loop with a pair of intertwining round loops winding through at right angles. The upper surface is enhanced with a gold engraved star.

Marks: none found, but gold tested 15k.

Condition: good with negligible wear commensurate with age. PLEASE NOTE: the locket shown in some of the pictures is for effect only and not included with the chain.
