Art Deco Cufflinks Dogs Beagle Labrador French Depose 900 Silver Enamel (6003)

Antique / vintage Art Deco cufflinks. 900 silver and enamel. Made circa 1920 with French hallmarks.

Measurements: approximately 7/8 inch ( 2.5cm ) long. Weigh 13.7 grams.

Rounded diamond shapes made of 900 silver. The tops are enamelled with the portraits of a pair of dogs - one brown and white and one black and white. The breed might be a Beagle or a Labrador (input will be appreciated). Sturdy silver loops and bars at the back join the coupled sides. Perfect gift / self-gift for the dog-lover gentleman.

Marks: the back of each section is engraved with DEPOSE 900 and a mark that must be the maker's mark on the right. Please see pictures.
