Antique, Victorian earrings. 14 carat gold and blue enamel. Made circa 1880. Approx. 2 3/8 inches long. Weigh 8.2 grams.

Fabulous, long earrings. The surmounts in the shape of quarter-circles, finely chased to emphasize the unusual shape and set in the apex with a globe, enameled in blue with a gold flower in its center. Small links, allowing maximum swing and movement, suspend stylized urn-shaped gold mounts, their centers with a rod from which a gold urn swings, its face enameled in blue. Delicate gold detail in the center of the blue enameling.
