The gold rimmed round plate with a deep well in the middle is hand painted with a tropical waterscape scene of Palm trees over the water in the moonlight.
Beautiful soft grey blue and green tones with just a touch of red in the foreground as a contrast.
Artist signed, Marker on lower right.
The back has the PICKARD logo - handpainted Pickard China and is done on a Thomas Bavaria blank.
The painting is in mint condition as is the gilding.
The rim at the back is a little rough, but that is totally hidden and mentioned only for the sake of accuracy.
