Hilarious comic figure, brilliantly portrayed with his stick and slippers.
Underneath are German factory marks and signature.
The factory is Max Roesler from Rodach, a town in Germany.
The badge mark is the factory mark and under that is a squiggle that is the two-digit mold number and the script reads 'hangemalt' (hand painted).
