Boucheron earrings 18k gold diamond hoop earrings Exquises Confidences (7425)

Estate ear hoop earrings. 18k gold, diamonds. Made in France by Boucheron. No significant age (believed to date 1990-2000).
This design is known as Exquises Confidences. The earrings come in their original Boucheron boxes.

Measurements: Weight is 30.40 grams. Approximately 1 1/4 inches (3.3cm) across and 1 1/2 (3.5)inches top to bottom.

Description : Large hoop earrings. A simple post. Appearing to grow out of the lobe, is the first of a tubular 'flower', a cone-shaped, fluted and flaring blossom or leaf with undulating border. The outer border of this cone is minutely set with tiny diamonds. The inside of the cone is hollow except for a gold wire, that forms the basis of the hoop extending from its center. As the gold wire hoop progresses from front to clasp at the back of the earrings, it is relieved in the center by a series of 4 cones, identical in form to the one above, but slightly larger and each one fitting into the one behind it. Each set with diamonds on the front edge. A small amount of mobility adds interest.
Clasp at the back is very simple, but secure.

Earrings come in a pair of Boucheron boxes - an inner box with silk and velvet lining and an outer box. Embossed in gold for Boucheron.

Marks and Metal: Clasp is marked: BOUCHERON 750 and serial number E30288; French eagle head and Boucheron maker's lozenge.
