Victorian Earrings 14k Gold Aquamarine Cannetille Antique Ear Pendants (6582)

Antique Victorian Earrings Ear Pendants. 14k gold and gems. Made circa 1860's in United Kingdom.

 

Measurements: Weigh 7.4 grams. Length 3.3cms.

 

Description : A pair of mid Victorian gold gem-set earrings. Gems believed to be aquamarine. Each designed as a cannetille knot, with oval-shape pale blue aquas and textured floral highlight, suspended from a trefoil bead surmount. Earrings have a lovely sense of movement and swing and sway as the wearer moves. Wires are easy to insert and comfortable to wear - may be replacements.

 

Marks: No marks found. Gold was acid tested and is at least 14k.

 

Condition: Good, original condition with minor signs of previous restoration in the form of small solder marks that do no impinge on the great look of these earrings. Please see enlarged pictures and don't hesitate to ask questions which we will do our best to answer.
