Vintage Signed and numbered Cartier brooch. 18k gold, diamond, enamel. Made 2nd half 20th century. Unisex - suitable for a man or a woman.
Measurements: 7/8 inches (2.25 cm) long. Weighs 6.6 grams.
Description : Novelty brooch or pin in the form of an easter egg, wrapped up as a gift. The egg with textured surface, beautifully enamelled in shiny light green, that shades from bright light to deep emerald, depending on how the light catches the surface. The gift egg is enclosed in a pleated golden ribbon, tied near the narrow end with a large gold bow, set with a diamond in the center. Utterly charming and makes a wonderful gift for a man or a woman. It can be used to adorn a shoulder, lapel, scarf, tie or cravat.
