A wide and very sold gold shank leads to a quatrefoil design of 4 filigree gold scrolls surrounding a collette-set blue cabochon sapphire. The filigree scrolls lie

on the expanded gold bezel - rounded diamond shape, offering a nice contrast between the smoothe background and the textured filigree. There is a Greek or Cretan

feel to the design. Bold Look; Fine workmanship. Highly attractive. 

Fully hallmarked in the shank: VCA NY 18k and a serial number that appears to be 5V313-6. (see 'photos)
