Vintage Christian Dior Monsieur silk scarf / cravat for a man or a woman. Made in Italy.  

Measures approx 18 3/4 X 18 3/4 inches (48cm).  

Square small scarf or gentleman's cravat. Hand rolled eges. Colour is soft pale blue with perhaps a tinge of pearly grey. Colour has a definate iridescence due to

the marvellous quality of the silk. Printed with a blue and brown Paisley print. Particularly lovely. Silk is superb quality. Suitable as menswear or for a woman. 

The scarf is signed Christian Dior in the printed silk fabric. There are two lables: one says "Hand Rolled in Portugal" and the other says Dry Clean All SILK

CHRISTIAN DIOR MONSIEUR PARIS NEW YORK and MADE IN ITALY.  

I don't believe this scarf was ever worn. It is in very good condition - no pulled threads, no stains/marks, no sign of wear of any sort.
