Vintage, estate ring. 18k gold and tourmalines. Made in France, after 1977, when Marie Claude Lalique took over the business begun by her grandfather, Rene Lalique. <P><P>
Measurements: US size 5. (sizeable). Approximately 1 1/4 inches long; Weighs 6.9 grams.  <P><P>
Simple shank leads to a fabulous spray of foliage. Golden leaves, naturalistic in form, beautifully modelled in gold sway and arch along a scrolling stem. A pair of side stems branch out and end in two small green tourmalines, like buds, they glitter and shine and give additional life to the ring. A 3-petalled flower at the narrower end of the ring. The ring is very organic and life-like, very beautifully made with the highest quality workmanship. <P><P>
Signed and Hallmarked: inside the shank is M.C. LALIQUE FRANCE and on the outside, 2 French hallmarks. We tested to ensure that the gold is at least 18k.<P><P>
