Antique, Georgian ring. Rosecut diamonds and a natural pearl set in 14k gold. Made circa 1800-1830. 

Approx US size 6.5. Weighs 3.8 grams. 

Classic Georgian ring. An oval of rosecut diamonds surrounding a natural pearl. The mount, around the diamonds is pierced to allow light to enter the ring from behind and adds interest and sparkle. The shaped shoulders and upper part of the shank that might be visible when worn, are engraved with a scrolling pattern.  <P><P> No hallmarks, but tests for at least 14k gold.
