Cabochon natural 'sleeping beauty' turquoise, oval cabochon. Surrounded by 16 rose cut diamonds, totally about 1/2 ct. Set in silver to show off colours of diamonds

and silver. Comes with a 14k, 18inch long yellow gold box chain. Weight 2.2grams.
