Antique Louis C Tiffany Furnaces Favrile gilt bronze bowl. Made first quarter 20th century.

Measurements: 8 1/4 inches diameter. Just under 4 inches tall. Weighs 591grams.

Gilt bronze with orange peel, textured surface. Small base, all but hidden by the voluptious bowl above it. The front of the bowl has an applied medallion with a

rope-twist border. Ornament depicts a clipper sailing ship'

Good, original condition. Negligible discoloration, as is to be expected in a piece of this age and clearly shown in the 'photos.
