Antique / vintage earclips / earrings. 18k yellow gold, rubies and diamonds. Made in France circa 1940's.

Exquisite pair of retro earrings.  In the form of a ribbon tied in bows.  A central diamond flower surrounded by a border of channel set rubies. A pair of 'tassels'

in the form of cabochon rubies with colette set diamond detail. Workmanship is superb and the design and effect quite beautiful. The earrings are large enough to

make a statement, yet delicate and fine in their detail.

Clip ons, made to be comfortable. 

Hallmarked with the owl indicating France and 18k gold.
