Tray measures 10 inches in diameter and is slightly less than 1 1/2 inches deep.
Liquor bottle / decanter is approximately 9 3/4 inches tall.
Cordial glasses are 4 1/2 inches tall.
Rich and lavish: made of cobalt blue glass, very richly overlaid with high carat gold and enamel. The tray, with the least amount of gold has a gilded border with a
ring of delicate flowers through it's middle. Decanter and glasses are the ultimate in opulence: almost smothered in gold, with rococo, irregular scrolling shaped
windows allowing the blue glass and light to shine through small areas. Both goldwork and glass are embellished with rich enamelling - spriggs and sprays of fine
flowers and foliage. The long, tapering neck with flaring collar of the decanter are entirely covered in gold.
Shapes: the tray is round and deep. Decanter with round base, very long neck and frilly upper rim. Glasses match the elegance of the decanter in their slender forms.
All pieces have handpainted '12' underneath, indicating that this is a genuine set and that all pieces are original to each other.
Condition: generally, condition is great. The one exception is the gilding on the stopper of the decanter, which is worn. The rest of the gilding and enamelling is
in good shape as is the glass with no cracks/chips/damage of any sort found.
