Product Description
Antique Georgian 18k gold and enamel mourning ring. 1725, England.
US size 4.25 (English size I). Weighs 2.5grams.
The bezel of the ring emerges from a fluted scallop. Rectangular glass locket over the closed back mount. The rest of the ring is enamelled in black with the dedication: Eliz: Bragge Obt. 3 April 1725 AE:75.
No hallmarks found.
Considering the age of the ring, it is in very good condition. There is light wear to the enamel, commensurate with age. See 'photos.
