Measures 27 inches long, excluding the loop attachment. Weighs 17.7grams.
The ideal gold chain necklace: quiet elegance in the form of two kinds of links : round double links, each attached at right angles to their neighbours. Long
baluster shaped links, narrow at either end, widening towards the middle and the surface very finely decorated with bright cut engraved scrolls. This type of
engraving is typical of the Georgian era and is particularly finely done. The shaped links play with the light, catching the eye and adding interest. Really
beautiful workmanship. A loop is attached to the chain for attaching a fob or watch. Also, more modern loops for ease of opening if the necklace is wound more than
once around the neck.
The additions ie loops are hallmarked 14k. The links are not hallmarked. They were tested with acid, which stays for 18k. We will guarrantee at least 14k.
Very good condition.
