Antique Victorian art glass cookie / biscuit Jar / cracker barrel. Made circa 1880-1910.  

Measures approx 6 1/2 inches to the top of the finial. 

Bright red cased in transparent glass. Hidden foot. The front is very richly decorated with handpainted pansies. In full bloom and in bud. Wonderful detail. Bright
 and cheerful . Silverplate lid and bail.

No marks found.
Good condition. No damage of any sort found to either glass or painting.
