Gold, citrine and diamond ring, made in St Petersburg (then called Leningrad), Russia, 1920-40.
Size of citrine in is almost 1/2 inch long. Ring is US size 7.
Rectangular citrine stone with canted corners. Small diamonds on either side. Citrine is set in a gold atop an openwork gold band. OUtside of ring is hallmarked with Cyrillic letters that look something like AIO4 / AIOL ? a worn symbol, for Leningrad / St. Petersburg  and 583.
Condition is good.
