Antique jeweled gilt picture / photograph frame. Made in the Czech Republic (Czechoslovakia at that time) circa 1920's.

Measures 6.5 X 4.5 inches.

Rectangular shape. Easel style but with loops on the back so that it can be hung either horizontally or vertically.

Gilt frame with moulded pattern of scrolling foliage on the sides. Each corner is embellished with openwork gilt metal set with paste rubies and emeralds (immitation

gem stones made of glass). Paste is of a lovely quality and well set.

Very lovely and useful item to add a touch of quiet class to any room and perfect for holding the picture of your loved ones.

Very good, original condition with no dings/dents or losses to stones. Missing original glass.
